Booking terms & cancellation policy

Booking and payment

You request a shoot on this site, by phone, WhatsApp or email. I confirm the date and time within one business day.

Payment is made online through Stripe. Your date is held once payment is received. I never see or store your full card number.

Prices are the ones shown on the booking page when you book. Extra dishes, add-ons and any travel fee are added to the total and shown to you before you pay.

If I can't do your date and we can't agree on another one, you get a full refund.

Rescheduling

You can move your shoot for free with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to my availability.

Changes with less than 24 hours' notice are treated as a late cancellation (see below).

If I need to reschedule for a reason on my side, there is no charge and you can choose a full refund instead.

Cancellation and refunds

48 hours or more before the shoot: full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. The fee covers card processing and the time held for you.

Less than 48 hours before, or no-show: no refund.

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Please cancel in writing (email, text or WhatsApp) so we both have a record of the time.

Shoot day

Your kitchen prepares the dishes and sends them out one at a time, as they would be served. Food and ingredients are the restaurant's cost.

Please have a table or corner of the dining room free for my lights, and the dishes ready at the scheduled time.

If the kitchen isn't ready and I can't shoot, a $75 return-trip fee applies to come back another day.

The package covers the number of dishes and the time listed. Extra dishes can be added for $15 each (2 angles), on the day if time allows.

Travel zones

I'm based in Fort Myers (33912). The travel fee depends on the distance to your restaurant and is shown before you pay.

Local, up to 50 miles: free. Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda.

Regional, 50 to 100 miles: +$50. Sarasota, Venice, Marco Island, Bradenton.

Tampa Bay and South Florida, 100 to 160 miles: +$150. Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami.

Route days: once or twice a month I schedule days in Tampa Bay and South Florida. Shoots booked on a route day pay +$50 instead of +$150. Ask me for the next dates.

Farther than 160 miles: quoted per trip.

Video plans

The trial video is a one-time purchase.

Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and continue until you cancel. Cancel anytime before your next billing date; the current month is not refunded.

Videos not used in a month don't carry over to the next one, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Drone footage is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot and depends on airspace rules, property restrictions, wind and weather. If the drone can't fly, the shoot is rescheduled or replaced with ground footage.

Delivery and corrections

Edited photos are delivered within 2 business days through a download link. Videos are delivered on the schedule agreed for your plan.

The download link stays active for 30 days. I keep a backup copy for 1 year; after that, files may no longer be available.

If something doesn't look right, tell me within 7 days and I'll correct it at no charge. Reshoots caused by changes to the dish, the menu or the kitchen are billed as a new shoot.

Who owns the photos and how you can use them

I keep the copyright to all photos and videos.

Your restaurant gets a license to use them to promote the restaurant: menus, your website, delivery apps, Google, social media, ads, print and in-store signs. This license has no end date while the restaurant uses them for its own business.

Billboards and other large outdoor advertising are not included in regular packages. They're available for an additional fee.

Best Sellers special (booked by November 30, 2026): unlimited use for your restaurant's own marketing, including billboards. This applies to shoots booked during the special, and the license does not expire.

Without my written permission, the photos can't be sold, transferred, or given to other businesses, food brands, franchisors or publications.

Delivery apps and review sites may display the photos under their own terms when you upload them.

I may use the photos in my portfolio and marketing. I'll leave out any photo you ask me to.

Privacy

I use your name, contact details and restaurant information only to schedule, deliver and bill your shoot. I don't sell or share them, except with Stripe to process payment.

Staff and guests are only photographed with their permission.

Liability

I work carefully in every restaurant. I'm not responsible for food, equipment or conditions that are the restaurant's responsibility.

My total liability for any shoot or month of a video plan is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and Florida law

I may update these terms. The version posted on the day you book applies to that shoot or plan period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in Lee County, Florida.
