Booking terms & cancellation policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Plain-language terms for real estate photo, drone and video shoots booked with Enrique Arenas Photography. By booking or paying for a shoot, you agree to these terms.

The short version

Booking and payment

You request a shoot on this site, by phone, WhatsApp or email. I confirm the date and time within one business day.

Payment is made online through Stripe. Your date is held once payment is received. I never see or store your full card number.

Prices are the ones shown on the booking page when you book. Size fees, extra units, add-ons and any travel fee are added to the total and shown to you before you pay.

If I can't do your date and we can't agree on another one, you get a full refund.

Rescheduling

You can move your shoot for free with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to my availability.

Changes with less than 24 hours' notice are treated as a late cancellation (see below).

If I need to reschedule for a reason on my side, there is no charge and you can choose a full refund instead.

Cancellation and refunds

48 hours or more before the shoot: full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. The fee covers card processing and the time held for you.

Less than 48 hours before, or no-show: no refund.

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Please cancel in writing (email, text or WhatsApp) so we both have a record of the time.

Weather, drone and twilight

If rain or unsafe conditions affect exterior, drone or twilight photos, the shoot is rescheduled for free. I make that call on the day and let you know as early as possible.

Drone photos are flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot and depend on airspace rules, HOA or property restrictions, wind and weather. If the drone can't fly, you get extra ground photos instead.

Real twilight photos depend on the sky at sunset. If conditions are poor, we can reschedule that part or replace it with a virtual twilight.

Access and preparation

You confirm that you have the owner's or occupant's permission for the shoot, including interior, exterior and drone photos.

Please have the home ready at the scheduled time and give me access (lockbox, gate code or someone on site). The prep checklist explains what to do.

If the home isn't ready or I can't get in, and I can't shoot, a $75 return-trip fee applies to come back another day.

For safety and liability, I don't move heavy furniture, valuables or personal items. People and pets should be out of the rooms being photographed.

Home size and travel

Packages are priced by the size you select. If the home is larger than that size, I'll let you know and the difference for the right package applies.

Homes over 4,000 sq ft add $75.

Rental and Express are available within about 25 miles of Fort Myers (33912). Other packages travel up to 80 miles; a travel fee may apply beyond 25 miles and is always quoted before you pay.

Delivery and corrections

Edited photos are delivered by the next business day through a download link. Video, reels and floor plans may take up to 3 business days.

The download link stays active for 30 days. I keep a backup copy for 1 year; after that, files may no longer be available.

If something doesn't look right, tell me within 7 days and I'll correct it at no charge. Reshoots for reasons outside my control (weather changes the client chose to accept, home not ready, items left in place) are billed as a new shoot.

Who owns the photos and how you can use them

I keep the copyright to all photos, video and floor plans.

You get a license to use them to market that property: MLS, listing websites (Zillow, Realtor.com and others), social media, print, flyers, signs and email. This license has no end date for that listing, and the listing agent may also show the photos in their own portfolio (for example, "Just sold").

Without my written permission, the photos can't be sold, transferred, or given to other agents, a new listing agent, builders, designers, architects, vendors or publications.

Please don't edit the photos in a way that misrepresents the property. Crops and resizing for different platforms are fine.

I may use the photos in my portfolio and marketing. I never show the full address or personal details, and I'll leave out any photo you ask me to.

Virtual edits

Virtual twilights and other digital edits are made from real photos of the property and are labeled as virtual.

I don't remove permanent features or hide defects of the home. Following your MLS's disclosure rules for edited photos is the listing agent's responsibility.

Privacy

I use your name, contact details and property information only to schedule, deliver and bill your shoot. I don't sell or share them, except with Stripe to process payment.

Personal items that end up in a photo (family photos, mail, documents) can be blurred or removed on request.

Liability

I work carefully in every home. I'm not responsible for damage or conditions that existed before the shoot, or for items left in unsafe places.

My total liability for any shoot is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and Florida law

I may update these terms. The version posted on the day you book applies to that shoot.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in Lee County, Florida.
